This light-touch refurbishment was a play on the warehouse setting to create an industrial-themed functional training gym. Polished concrete floors and a painted corrugated steel roof were added to with chipboard, exposed strip lighting and subtle references to the gym’s colour scheme of blue and black. BSA was subsequently commissioned to design a new location for the gym in 2022. Again, the existing space was intended for industrial proposes and leant itself well to continuing the theme with a fresh approach to the layout and branding.
